Agreement of Service Use
These terms and conditions govern your use of the booking service provided by Hari Cabs. By booking a taxi through our website, mobile application, or phone line, you agree to be bound by these policies.
1. Booking & Dispatch Confirmation
Users must provide accurate details regarding pickup address, drop destination, travel date, and contact information. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Fares calculated automatically on the website are estimates based on distance and standard routes.
2. Fares, Tolls, and Fees
Estimates include the base fare and driver allowance. Toll gate fees, inter-state permits, parking charges, and hill station entry fees are not included and must be paid by the customer directly during the journey.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup. If a booking is cancelled after the driver has arrived at the pickup point, a minimum cancellation fee of ₹300 is applicable to compensate the chauffeur.
4. Customer Conduct & Safety
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Transporting illegal substances, smoking inside the vehicle, or overloading the passenger/baggage limits is strictly prohibited. The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service under non-compliant circumstances.
