- One-Way Minimum Distance: Minimum chargeable distance for one-way drop is 130 km per day.
- Round-Trip Minimum Distance: Minimum chargeable distance for round-trip outstation is 250 km per day.
- Driver Bata/Allowance: Driver allowance is calculated per day and clearly included in trip quotes.
- Tolls & Permits: Toll gate fees, state entrance permits, hill station charges, and parking are billed at actual cost.
- Day Billing Cycle: Calendar day is calculated from midnight 12:00 AM to next midnight 12:00 AM.
- Free Cancellation: 100% free cancellation before driver dispatch.
